Setup Hotkey Preferences

Hotkeys are used for quick access to Air Mail functions. Hotkeys can be accessed anywhere in the Air Mail by pressing a function key from F1 to F10.

To setup Hotkey(s)

  • Select a function key from F1 to F10 to cycle through the functions
  • Select the Preference or Folder if the function is Load Prefs or Open a Folder

    • Save As - Saves a new preference file.
    Save Default - Saves the current setting as a default. Air Mail loads this preference on startup.
    Load - Loads new preference file.
    Use - It uses the current settings, but will not save the preference to disk.
    Cancel - Cancels current changes.
